In My Arms Again

Last night, I went to see Spencer McGillicutty. But I went a little earlier to see one of the bands. I wanted to see Chord of the Fawn. But instead I saw Kayaz. Um! I think that's the name. My friend and I danced to their music for the first song but then, after a while, we realized that they were on their third song...I mean, 15 minutes did just pass. Even though that sounds mean, we liked their music but we were more excited for the main act!

Of course, I checked out their music on Myspace first. And I liked it. The songs took me back to the happy days as a child running around. Something about it reminds of the Wonder Years. Don't ask. I have no idea why. But honestly, their music makes me want to buy some footies (footed pajamas) and slide around my house and have a party with some chunky monkey ice cream. That says a lot. So, I saw them last night and I loved it. It was fun. Although I had to wake up early for the next morning, it was well-worth it! The main female singer's voice is powerful and smooth! The keyboard player always looked so happy. The other female singer had a cute polka dot dress that I wanted! Everyone looked and sounded great. The only funny thing about the band is that you always see that they have 4 people. But when you see them live, there is 11 people. It's a fun-looking band. Hope the best for these guys.
