I must be living under a rock, otherwise i would have known months ago that Arcade Fire's new album was coming out in August. If you haven't heard of Arcade Fire, you must be over forty or an avid Ke$ha fan (yes i remembered the precious dollar sign). They are currently one of the best alternative bands today, if not the best.
Watching them on Austin City Limits in July on PBS was amazing. it was almost as good as watching it live. They put so much passion in their music. their music isn't just artsy, it's ART.
Their new album is called "The Suburbs" and i can't wait to buy the album to listen for days on end.
Random thought: Moving furniture is not my way of exercising! So there, Dad!
