Have you heard that some Metro Transit riders have been setting a scheme where they give their used transfers away to another rider for free? I guess it's really a big deal. I don't know, if i didn't use a prepaid card I would be happy if someone gave me their transfer.
"Thank you, that's very generous" I would say.
So I would be going against a folkway (Sociology term there), I realize it's a big deal to the head honchos at the bus company. But it's not so bad for the regular citizen.
I know I'm a bleeding heart liberal.
Nothing wrong with that.
